Parents and Guardians

  • ALL children MUST be supervised at all times by a responsible adult or carer who MUST remain within the building at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission at their discretion.
  • Adults are fully responsible for:
  • Supervising their children at all times.

  • Ensuring children use the equipment safely.
  • Explaining and enforcing the rules of play with their children.
  • Prohibited Behaviors: Climbing on netting, slides, or external play structures.
  • External food or drinks are not allowed in the centre. Complimentary water and a café service are available.
  • Arrive and leave promptly to allow sanitation between sessions. Each play session is 90 minutes.
  • Food and drinks must be consumed at the tables. They are strictly prohibited in the playframe.
  • Ensure children use the toilets and wash their hands before entering the playframe. Supervise them in the toilets as needed.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • No refunds are given for unattended bookings or booking errors. However, we’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

General Terms and Conditions

  • During busy periods, please arrive at your booked time to enjoy the full session.
  • Operating hours may vary. Please check our website for the latest information.
  • For the last session of the day, please check closing times and last food order cutoffs to avoid disappointment.
  • Outside food or drink is not permitted. For allergies, inform us when ordering as we accommodate dietary needs.

  • Safety Rules:
    • Socks must be worn by everyone on the playframe. 
    • Do not stand, climb or walk or run or stop midway down on the slides
    • Do not play in front of or at the bottom  of the slides
    • Do not climb on the netting or play frame.
    • No wrestling, tackling or shoving at either area.
    • No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is permitted on-site.
    • Age-specific zones are enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.
    • Over-4s must not play in the toddler area.
    • Remove sharp objects, valuables, ties, or neck cords before entering the playframe. Secure glasses if needed.
    • Wear long-sleeved tops and trousers to minimize friction burns on slides.
    • Sick children or those with recent injuries should not visit Wacky Playland until 48 hours after recovery.
    • Chewing gum and toys are prohibited within the playframe.
    • Climbing on external structures, fences, or furniture is not allowed.
    • Children playing in the role play section must be closely supervised at all times and must not damage the equipment or toys.
    • Bullying, fighting, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal. 
    • CCTV is in operation for the safety of staff and visitors. Footage is used solely for security purposes.
  •       All accidents or spillages should be reported immediately to staff to ensure swift handling.

Lost Property

  • Wacky Playland is not liable for lost items. Items are left at the owner’s risk. A lost property box is available, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Party Terms and Conditions

  • Booking and Deposits:
    • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
    • Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits remain non-refundable.
    • Party bookings can only be rescheduled once.
  • Party Day Procedures:
    • Confirm guest numbers the week before your party.
    • Payment is due upon arrival for the confirmed number of guests.
    • Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your party. Provide a guest list for smooth check-in.
    • Party areas are auto-allocated; specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
    • Cakes brought in must comply with UK Food Information Amendment (Natasha’s Law).
  • Prohibited Items: Party poppers, confetti cannons, silly string, and piñatas are not allowed for safety reasons.
  • If hiring mascots, entertainers, or face painters, provide advance notice and ensure they have valid insurance.

Self-Catered Parties

  • Organizers are responsible for food safety and allergen management for all self-catered events.
  • A non-refundable £50 deposit is required at booking, with the balance payable on the day.
  • Food must remain in designated areas. It is prohibited in play zones.
  • You must provide all necessary tableware and cleaning supplies.
  • Use of Wacky Playland’s kitchen is not permitted.
  • Full payment is required when booking any event.
