Our CafΓ© has a great selection of hot & cold food instore, and when you get thirsty we also have a range of hot and cold drinks.
We sometimes allow walk-ins on the day however, we do recommend booking online in advance to secure your space and avoid any disappointed children (especially during weekends and school holidays).Β
No sorry, if there is no session showing on the website we are either closed for a private event or fully booked.Β
No, you can arrive wheneverΒ youβdΒ like to!Β For all our sessions you are welcome to arrive and leave wheneverΒ youβdΒ like to within that time slot.Β Β
Usually, we try to accommodate for this but please email ahead so we can check numbers for the session. This is not usually possible for events as we do sell out to the maximum.
Unfortunately,Β not,Β mainly due toΒ allergy restrictions but also to do with our lovely cafΓ© serving a range of food,Β drinksΒ and snacks! The exception to this is baby milk and food (baby pureed food).
Tickets will include access to the large and toddler soft play areas, the role play area and the sensory room. Age restrictions are 0-5years for the sensory room, 0-3 years for the toddler section and 4-12 years for the larger soft play.
Yes, we have a range of food options available, we are working on new menuΒ for dietary needs,Β specifically designed to make options clear for anyone with dietary requirements. Please ask a member of staff for allergy advice.Β
There is no height restriction, but we do only allow up to 12 years to play on the equipment. Adults (aged 17+Β canΒ supervise around the soft play butΒ shouldnβtΒ swing on the toys / go on the trampoline).
We do not offer refunds however you are able to reschedule bookings with 24 hoursβ notice yourself online. If it is less than 24 hours before your booking, we cannot reschedule as we do not have enough time to re-sell your tickets.
We do not have our own customerΒ parking;Β however,Β we are right on a retail park. There is parking on Weaverβs Wharf available which is just a 1-2minute walk to us, this is charged around Β£2.50 for 2 hoursΒ (pricesΒ may change). We also have a lot of customers park at the large Tesco superstore Kidderminster and walk over to us (3-4min walk). Tesco car park is currently free for 3 hours IF you spend Β£5 in store andΒ log this with their parking system. These terms may change and there are other parking options also available in the town, these are just the closest.
WeβreΒ on the Weavers Wharf retail park next to TK Maxx and opposite the new large B&M! Our entrance is shared with Hyper fitnessΒ gym;Β we are to the left when you walk in and up the stairs / lift.
Yes, we have a lift, andΒ allΒ our doors / entrances are at least 90cm wide (disability friendly). We also have a disabled friendly toilet.Β
WeΒ donβtΒ offer a business contact number now as we were unable to keep up with the volume of calls as a small family run business. We ask people to direct their questions through email or social media, and we will do our best to reply promptly.
