For a silver/bronze package the maximum number of children is 27 to ensure they will fit inside the party room. For the exclusive gold package the maximum is 53 children.

We offer a range of add-ons, all listed on the website under the birthday parties and then Add-Ons tab. The most popular ones include mascot hire from £55, faced characters e.g. spiderman from £75, food platters e.g. fruit, adult hot food, desserts and sandwiches from £25.

We will send a confirmation email to you, if you’d like digital invitations or any add-ons please email us. We will be in touch closer to the party (usually 1 week before) to check if there is anything else you’d like to add and for any allergies of children attending. We will then email you again 48 hours before the party to confirm final numbers of children attending and send the final balance invoice which must be paid before the party.

Payment balance isn’t due until 48 hours before the party and once final numbers of children have been confirmed. 

Unfortunately, no, as we do offer add-on platters and the café bar will be open for food, drinks and snacks. The exceptions to this is birthday cake, cupcakes or party favours. 

Yes, you can, the party prices remain the same for the general hire however, we will not provide any food.

Each child receives chicken nuggets, a mini sausage roll, a mini pizza, skin on fries, cucumber and carrot sticks, also crisps bowls to share on the tables. Unlimited squash and water are also provided. Silver packages also get a cupcake per child. Gold packages will receive a cupcake per child and a biscuit platter.

Each child receives a sandwich (ham jam or cheese) of their choice which we ask them to choose on arrival, crisps, a mini sausage roll and cucumber and carrot sticks. Cupcakes for each child will also be provided for silver and bronze packages.

The party parents can arrive 15-20mins early if you’d like, we will be cleaning up from the last session so may still be cleaning when you arrive. 

Yes absolutely, email us to find out what we can offer for specific requirements. We will cater for up to 4 children’s dietary needs at no extra cost. Any more than this will be charged at an extra £1 per child to cover the costs.

No, if they are not going to be eating the party food, we don’t need to include them in the numbers.  

Yes, we do, let us before the party if you’d like a drinks / snacks tab set up for parents. We can restrict it however you’d like e.g. tea and coffee only or a maximum of £50, just let us know.

If you have a Gold (exclusive) package: the children will be able to come in and play. However, we start preparation of party food before the party starts so we cannot guarantee we will be able to do extra party food for them. They will be advised to order food from the regular menu (e.g. nuggets and chips) if they’d like and we will bring it out when we can (this may not be at the same time as the party food). We will always do our very best to accommodate for last minute additions, please be understanding that we do not have a deep fat fryer and party food (sausage rolls and pizzas) is ordered in specifically for what we need due to storage restrictions. 

If you have silver or bronze package: on weekends we may not be able to allow any extra children in to play due to being fully booked. We do allow slight wiggle room for 1 or 2 extra. We will always do our very best to accommodate for last minute additions, extra children may be asked to order food from the regular menu if they’d like food however. 

We provide pastel-coloured plates, cups and cutlery, also plain napkins if needed for cake. If you’d like to hire one of our party décor sets (usually include table covers, banners, poster, cut outs and helium balloons at an extra) they start from £25. We offer a range of themes that is constantly growing, if there’s a theme you have in mind please ask us and we can see what we can do. Some themes we have include, Bluey, Disney Princess, Marvel/Superhero, Gabby’s Doll house and Peppa pig.
